Technical Description:
\nEquipping a Goldhofer pendular axle semi-trailer with this adapter allows for higher speeds, eliminates the need to change vehicles, and is the ideal solution for more demanding routes.
\nBLADEX FSH 10 is a rail-mounted adapter for lifting rotor blade tips, which can be installed on any Goldhofer platform trailer equipped with pendular axles, like SPZ-GP \u201cVentum\u201d or SPZ GP 3.<\/p>\n

The integrated scissor lift allows the blade tip to be raised by 7 m, which means that the adapter's load deck (FSH) is 10 m above the ground. The blade tip then moves over obstacles (trees, larger bushes). The height of the blade tip above the ground depends on the type (length) of the transported element. The built-in sliding beam allows the adapter to move freely along the loading deck when the length of the semi-trailer is adjusted under load depending on the road conditions. To increase reliability, the device has been designed as an autonomous system with a dedicated power source, which makes it independent of the tractor's hydraulic and electrical systems.<\/p>\n

It is possible to reduce the length of the set in such critical areas as roundabouts, because BLADEX is mounted on the semi-trailer in rail guides and its longitudinal position can be adjusted depending on the length of the semi-trailer. The total load capacity of the adapter is 26 tons, and the rear support can be loaded with up to 10 tons \u2013 this configuration allows for the transport of even the heaviest blades. The use of the BLADEX FSH adapter reduces transport costs, as there is no need to use self-propelled transport modules with FTV blade adapters on the route \u2013 a second vehicle and an additional loading crane are no longer necessary. For greater safety, the operator can control the entire system using remote control, where wind speed and tilt angle can also be monitored without having to enter the danger zone.<\/p>\n\n
